Mavericks (important: Not THE Mavericks!) are a country-band from Leverkusen, Germany.

Their mainly populatrity they recieved by writing fan-songs for the local football club Bayer Leverkusen.

I.o. they wrote the hymn, "Leverkusen", and several songs for certain players.
Actually they were just the Band of the County-Vocalist "Marverick" but since several Years the play as "Maverick's band" or just "Mavericks".

Their real focus is lying on entretaining-shows.
